What does Monster.com & "Skittles Have in Common?

Just got a call from a very nice Monster www.monster.com rep "ROZ"! I suggested she reccomend to the IT dept that Monster start to "twitter"job listing sort a like "skittles" did! http://www.skittles.com/chatter.htm
I think it would take off?
